hi ,i would like to rent my first hand apartment to some nice clean person or family,preferably female person. In rent is in included water and heating. Electricity is paid separately. Apartment is unfurnished,in one room there is one couch and table which are brand new and i will leave them in the apartment. In the rent is included parking spot for car. there is a washing machine in the apartment,drier for laundry,dish washer,fridge,all new.
