Hej This is Pavan, I am working at Sigma Connectivity Lund as an Enginner. At present i am staying alone in a 3:a. I am looking for some one to share my apartment with. The apartment is in the ground floor, with large windows, lot of light. The tenant has his own room and work place, Värdagsrum, Kök, Badrum are in sharing. The apartment is Furnished. Washing machine and Drier are very easy to access and should be booked. Its good for students and commuting people from Stockholm / Gothenburg. The apartment is in central Landskrona, near Stadsbibliotek. Landskrona Salluhallstorget is 2 mins walk from home, Landskrona Brocksgatan is 4 mins walk from home. Depending on the bus and timings 5-7 mins to reach Landskrona station. 10-12 mins walk to the beach, Lots of restaurants, food stores, system bolaget, skatteverket in 5-10 mins walking radius . Landskrona Station to Lund C: 16 mins Landskrona Station to Helsinborg C: 12 mins Landskrona Station to Malmö C: 29 mins The apartment is furnished, the tenant has his room with bed, study desk, chair & cupboard to store stuff, and the rent includes El and Internet. I am expecting 2 months rent as a deposit, which will be credited in the bank and will be returned when vacating, 1 month notice if vacating.
