My and my boyfriend are renting out our lower floor in our house just outside of Kungsbacka as a student-home for two pepole. The house is located in Frillesås and the commute distance to Gotenburg is 40min, to Varberg 20min and to Halmstad 1 hour. Train station is 10min away from the house that can easily take you to all of this places. 200 meters from the house is a bus stop. In the room you will have your own bed and studyarea, TV and wi-fi is included in the rent. We will also provide you with bedsheets and towels. No furniture is needed. Everything is already in place. You will have bathroom ,shower, washing machine and access to a sauna. The rent is 5000kr per person. The room will be avalible from 1th of September to last day of December as a trial.
