In Köping there is everything you need such as grocery stores, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, cafes, health center and excellent train and bus connections to the major cities. Rent is 12000SEK / month included fiber wifi, community fee. Tenants pay electricity and other utilities(water, garbage collection). The house has solar panels installed, produced electric is deducted from consumed, therefore its efficient. There is a brand new winterised and heated guest house in garden, 2 or 3 people comfortably can stay.
