Hello I have a room for rent in an appartment in Knivsta. By train its about 10 min to central Uppsala and to the station from my flat about 2 mins walk. The appartment is very central in Knivsta just by stores, restaurants and everything you need. The house is about 2 years old so the standards is very high, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the appartment. I live here full time and my daughter biweekly. Recently i had a PhD student lived here and it worked out very well. Because of my daughter i want the right tenant and the rent includes internet(fiber), electricity and those things. I have set a rent for 5000 kr / month. If it sounds interesting send me a PM with information about you and How long you would like to stay.
