I am moving at the end of June and looking for new tenants to take over my rental contract from the 1st of July. The apartment is located in the city center of Kavlinge, 5 mins from the train station (8 mins to Lund from there) and to supermarkets (Systembolaget, ICA, Netto). The apartment has been newly renovated and is suited for 2 people, preferably a couple. NB: According to the company owning the building, the apartment can only be rented to students (i.e. gymnasium, bachelor, master, PhD students, or junior postdocs). The apartments comprises: - Living room - kitchen - Pantry room - Bathroom - Large bedroom - Small bedroom/studio room A storage room (with lock) is available in the common laundry room together with a laundry machine and a dryer. Additionally, parking permits for 2 cars are available for the nearby parking lot and the entrance can accomodate bikes.
