Hi I have an 3 room and kitchen apartment in central Karlstad that I would like rent out to one person on a shared basis. I need to use one room in the apartment approximately 1 week in every five. The apartment is located on Grevgatan, and is five minutes walking distance from the city centre. It is located in the old part of town close to the river. The bus and train stations are only a 3 minute walk. There is also parking available if required. Electricity and wifi is included in the price. The apartment is available from the first of August. The apartment is furnished, but can also be partly furnished by the new tenant. Im Not looking for a short term tenant must be for 6 months or over.
