We want to rent to one or two students with a 10-month contract. The rent for one person will be 5800 kr and 6500 kr for two. The apartment is in the basement in the villa that we live in. The address is on Stensö, the most attractive location in Kalmar, and its close to the university, the sea, the city center and Stensös fantastic recreation area with running tracks and walking areas close to the sea. The rent includes furniture, household utensils, water, heating, electricity and wifi.
