Hello, We rent an apartment located in our villa. The appartment is partly in the basement but the living room is on the ground floor overlooking a pool. The apartment is located on Stensö which is the most attractive area Kalmar, very close to the sea, the center and the university. The rental period is limited, 2025-01-01 to 2025-05-15 with the possibility of extension after the summer. when we rent for tourists. The rent is 6500kr andincludes furniture, electricity, heating, water, TV and internet.
