Hello, We rent an apartment located in our villa. The appartment is partly in the basement but the living room is on the ground floor overlooking a pool. The apartment is located on Stensö which is the most attractive area Kalmar, very close to the sea, the center and the university. The rental period is limited, ----with the possibility of extension after the summer period when we rent for turists. The rent is SEK 7,500 for two people and SEK 6,500 for one person. The rent includes furniture, electricity, heating, water, TV and internet.
