4 private bedrooms are rented at a cosy villa. All rooms are at the second floor and we (a couple) live at the first floor. Two of the rooms are 12 m2 and two of them are 9m2. We rent each room only to a single person. You will have access to the garden, to the bathrooms and kitchen. Rent for the bigger rooms is 5500 and the rent for the two smaller rooms is 4800. The rent includes all expenses. The house is at Viksjö, north of Stockholm and closest pendeltåg station is Jakobsberg. If you have a car you can park it for free on the street. We rent the rooms long term and if both you and us are happy you can count on living there as long as you want. if you have your own small furniture you may bring them with you. Rules of the house: No smoking, no pets, no parties.
