Room for rent

Renting out a well furnished Room in my apartment, located in Jakobsberg, very close to the train station and the city center, the commuter train takes 20 minutes to Stockholm central station. I am looking for a non smoker and not too noisy type and if it sounds like it might suit you, contact me. Rent can take effect from the 20th of December 2016 at 4500sek per month. Electricity and internet included in the rent, no animals and there is full access to the kitchen and bathroom. I will need one month deposit which will be refunded when moving out, viewing time can be arranged. Please only serious answers.
