Three-room apartment with separate kitchen of 72 sqm is available for rent. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and is fully furnished. The whole apartment had been renovated in 2008 and toilet has just been renovated during July 2017. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom have two single beds. A 32-inch Samsung TV set is placed in the living room, the apartment has several attached closets, separate cupboard, computer table, dressing table, large couch, desk, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, shower / toilet with tub bath. There is also a laundry room in the building along with bicycle / stroller storage. The car parking is free on the street. Broadband 250 Mbit/sec is included in the rent along with water and heat. Floor heating can also be activated during winter times. Nice courtyard with playground, several pleasant surroundings along with a huge grilling area. Approx. 5-7mins walk to Jakobsberg Station (Pendaltåg and bus station) and it takes around 18 minutes to reach Stockholm Central. From Jakobsberg, a bus 178 goes directly to Kista centrum, which takes around 18 minutes. In the centrum, there are several grocery stores and other shops, health center, pharmacy, bank, movie theater, fitness centers and amazing restaurants. There are couple of indoor swimming pools, sports hall, riding stables in the area along with Barkarby Outlet & IKEA, which is 5mins by drive.
