A furnished single room in a 90 sq m newly built apartment available for rent. The apartment is located in Jakobsberg, Järfälla. 3-minute walk to Jakobsberg Pendeltåg station. 3-minute walk to Jakobsberg Centrum. 5-minute walk to Jakobsberg Bus Station. 15-minute walk to IKEA Barkarby. Its a 4 room apartment. Two people (incl. me and my friend) moved to the apartment this week. We dont smoke, drink, or have any pets. We would prefer someone who shares these interests. The room is available to move in from September 5. All amenities are included in rent (electricity, internet, heating, insurance) and you can register your address. Preference will be given to applicants with a stable job and income.
