The 67.5 kvm apartment with two rooms in Birgittavägen (Jakobsberg) is available for rent for a longer period of time and a contract with the föreningen will be made. No animals will be permitted in the apartment and only for rent to non-smokers. The apartment can already be rent out starting from the middle of February. The apartment is very bright as it has both in the kitchen/ dining room and living room large windows and is facing towards the west. It is a bit special as it goes over two floors (5th & 6th). The kitchen, sleeping room, a small storage space underneath the stairs and the WC with shower are located at the 5th floor and, connected by stairs, the living room is situated above it on the 6th floor. The building has an elevator, so groceries can comfortably be brought up to the apartment. If wished, a parking lot in a carport underneath a roof with an energy plug or an extra storage space can be obtained. The extra cost for the carport would be 250 SEK/month. For the storage space I am currently on the waiting list so it can still take a while until I get it. Meanwhile there is plenty of storage possibilities underneath the stairs in the apartment. The apartment can be hired with, without or only a part of the furniture. The apartment is situated around 5-10 minutes by walking from the pendeltåg-station Jakobsberg. To the west of the apartment within 5-10 minutes walking distance Hemköp, Coop and a shopping mall can be found. To the east Ikea and Bauhaus can also be easily reached by foot within around 10 minutes. Barkarbystaden is approximately 15-20 minutes away by walking. One kilometer to the north the supermarket Lidl can be found. So in the near area of the apartment really many different shopping possibilities are located.
