Hey folks, The time has come For better or worse, I have a room available for rent. I recently moved into my own apartment, thinking I could finally live alone, but life said, hold up, not yet However, Im embracing it, and sometimes I miss the good old days when I spent four years in London and two years in California, sharing my life with roommates who made those years unforgettable. I guess its time to recreate that experience here in Stockholm. Therefore, Im now looking for a kind and friendly roommate to share a 67 sqm apartment in Jakobsberg. Its a 5 minute walk from the train station (pendeltåg), making it super convenient for commuting. This is a great opportunity for you to decide on decoration and furniture in the room. Currently there is a queen bed, a desk, a tv with a beautiful stand, and plenty of closet space. You can decide whether to keep these furnishings or use your own. I also have a collection of houseplants, I often so enjoy taking care of them and other times I think for myself that I have gone overboard Its great for a single life. If youre interested, youre welcome to take care of some in your room, but dont worry, Ill handle them if you dont have green fingers. The apartment is bright and inviting, with sunlight streaming in throughout the day. It also has a very much needed dishwasher, a washing machine, and a spacious kitchen perfect for cooking and chit chat. With the train, its 18 minutes to Odenplan, and there are many bus connections throughout the city. The rent is 5000 sek per month, and bills included, I know how nice it feels to dodge the bills, I got you Im 38, a bit of a homebody with a background in architecture and art. I strive to keep my inner child alive while being present and content. I also rent a studio for work, so I spend long hours there, either lost in creativity or painting like a lunatic. I prefer a calm and peaceful atmosphere at home, keeping things organised and clean, but not overly fussy about it. Please share a bit about yourself, Im truly excited to meet you.
