Have two rooms to hire out: Room 1: 22sqm furnitured (1 lodger) with a cost of 7000 kr per calendar month. Room2: 12sqm furnitured on 1 lodger basis with a cost of 6000 kr per calendar month. Jakobsberg has very beautiful nature walking areas close to the sea. The municipality offers a lot of facilities for outdoor activities, even free wood for grill parties. Pictures are sent to interested individuals. Apartment was renovated 2015. Corner side apartment with a lot of windows and sun. Terms and condition -Stable income with no underlying remarks. -Clean in nature with well behaved mannerisms. Electricity and water are included. Internet can be added on with an additional cost of 300kr per month. Slot for car park is available with an additional cost of 700kr per month. One month of rent need to be payed in full in advance. 3 months of advance notice required for termination of contract. Contract written up on agreement.
