We are renting out our new built apartment of 50 sqm with brand new kitchen and bathroom. Its part of the villa, but the apartment has its own door and parking space. It is a 2 floor apartment. The entire apartment is heated via underfloor heating. On the ground level, there is a bathroom, Kitchen and living room. We will add a washer and dryer on the bathroom. The kitchen has a Induction hob, dishwasher and Microware oven. A new fridge and freezer will be installed. A beautiful round stairs leads to the 1st floor - where a spacious bedroom and a study or small bedroom is in place. The neighborhood is newly developed with lot of nice modern houses with great community. The nearest bus station is 1.4 km away and one can reach Farsta station or Stuvusta station in 10 mins. Close to the house is a lush forest where berries can be picked. Lake is 1 km away for bath during the summer season. Wifi is included. Rent doesnt include electricity. A separate electricity meter is installed and the tenant has to pay the electricity as per the invoice.
