Rent your own room (14 Sqm) for one person in villa/house in beautiful Stuvsta with a total of 5 rooms and 175 Square meters with kitchen and a possible contract time of 12 months or longer. The house has a modern kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer and fan. The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and cabinet. Washing machine and dryer is in the laundry room which is downstairs. The rent is 4700 kr per month for one room. Deposit one month rent returned within two weeks after leaving the house. You have to clean up after yourself and help clean the common areas and follow the Huddinge municipalitys garbage rules. If you do not follow the landlords rules, the deposit will be considered used. All rooms have private keys, free wifi, free electricity and heating, but kitchen, toilets and bathrooms are shared with other tenants. Public transportation 1. Walk for 15 min to Stuvsta Pendeltåg station and the train will take you to central Stockholm in 10 min. 2.The buss 971 stops at the house and it will take you to Huddinge Centrum. 3. The buss 744 will take you to Högdalen subway station (19 min). Hyran är 4700 kr per person och rum. Deposition en måndashyra som återfås inom två veckor efter utflyttning. Man måste städa och hålla ordning och följa Huddinge kommuns sopregler. Om man ej följer hyresvärdens regler så kommer depositionen att ses som förverkad. Alla rum har egen nyckel, fritt wifi , fri el och uppvärmning, men man delar kök, toa och badrum med övriga hyresgäster. Transport: 1. Gå 15 min till Stuvsta pendeltågsstation och sedan 10 min till centrala Stockholm. 2. Ta bussen 971 från tomten till Huddinge Centrum. 3. Ta buss 744 till Högdalen och fortsätt med tunnelbanan.
