Eget rum om 17 kvm för en person i villa i vackra Stuvsta om totalt 5 ROK om ca 175 kvm uthyres tillsvidare med möjlighet för att hyra i flera år. Huset har modernt kök med ugn, spis, kyl, frys och fläkt. Badrummet har dusch, handfat, spegel och skåp. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i tvättstugan som är en trappa ned. Hyran är 5200 kr per person och rum, inga barn och husdjur är tillåtna. Deposition 5200 kr som återfås inom två veckor efter utflyttning. Man måste städa och hålla ordning och följa Huddinge kommuns sopregler. Om man ej följer hyresvärdens regler så kommer depositionen att ses som förverkad. Alla rum har egen nyckel, fritt wifi , fri el och uppvärmning, men man delar kök, toa och badrum med övriga hyresgäster. Det finns även två gigantiska rum om 22,5 kvm som man kan bo två i. Dessa är något dyrare och kostar 5500 resp 6000 kr/mån. Tillägg om 500 kr/mån ifall man skall bo två i rummet. Transport: 1. Gå 15 min till Stuvsta pendeltågsstation och sedan 10 min till centrala Stockholm. 2. Ta bussen 971 från tomten till Huddinge Centrum. 3. Ta buss 744 till Högdalen och fortsätt med tunnelbanan. Walk for 15 min to Stuvsta Pendeltåg station and the train will take you to central Stockholm in 10 min. 2.The buss 971 stops at the house and it will take you to Huddinge Centrum. 3. The buss 744 will take you to Högdalen subway station (19 min). There are two gigantic rooms of 22,5 Sqm that two people can live in for 5500 and 6000 SEK/month.
