Hej, ONLY for APRIL (one month) The studio type house is located near to Flemingsberg station (10 min from station and 30 min from T central), and perfectly furnished with 160 x 200 bed, a big desk, table, chairs, own kitchenette, own toilet, own washing machine and so on. It is newly built (2016) and has a modern interior. The big several supermarkets (ICAmaxi, Lidl, Pulsen) are close. We (I live with my wife, we are Korean married couple.) will leave our stuff. Therefore you can use our kitchen, toilet and bedding stuff. The flat is very nice, clean and comfortable. And the neighbour is very calm. There are deposit 2000 Kr and 4900 Kr rent. The deposit is a kind of agreement for using the flat cleary. It will be returned totally when you move out. You can pay both of them when you take two keys (1 of flat, 1 of post box).
