Hi, We rent our apartment from Sunday 17th of September 2017 until June 2018 (10 months). Proximity with Huddinge Sjukhus, Södertorns Högskola and Karolinska institute is ideal for people working in health care departments and professors. It is ideal for a couple, also with a small child, who can benefit of: - 72 sqm - An entrance hall with 2 large wardrobes and a homemade shoe rack - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4 zone ceramic hob, 2 sinks, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) - A large and light living room, with a sofa-bed, Hi-Fi station, high-speed Wi-Fi and TV (not cable TV but normal programs) - A bedroom with integrated dressing - A small room ideal for a young child or a desk-room - A wide balcony You will have access to the laundry and common facilities (bike room, fitness room), and there is a parking place available. Unfortunately none of our friends the pets would be allowed And no smoking The owners association is very friendly and active, and we would welcome tenants who are careful with our belongings and the common properties (respectful of the neighbours, reasonable music level, no parties, respect of the rules, the waste management, etc) The cost of rental is 13500 SEK per month, including heating, water and electricity (for average use).
