Hello, I have a room to rent in my 4 bedroom apartment, it will be available from January 14th, perfect for a student since the house is located near the University. You will share the floor with 3 girls. I am looking for someone who can live at least for 6 months. The room is furnished and the rent includes basic services such as internet, electricity, etc. You do not need to give deposition. Take note of the following important aspects> Respect each other, do not make parties, do not bring friends, keep clean, etc. You do not need to pay deposition.
