Great cosy apartment with 5 minutes to Huddinge Centrum and Pendeltåg station. We are yet to get apartment keys (it is brand new apartment) hence no pictures of inside of apartment, however we will not take money till we give keys to you. Tenant needs to be give 2 months deposit once key is handed over, provide references and need to have stable job. Apartment is 29kvm. Internet, electricity is included however tenant needs to buy home insurance which will cost around 75kr. Apartment will be unfurnished however we are open to furnishing it if needed.
