Hi, I am considering offering one room in my 70 square apartment. The house is about to be renovated (not a date set yet so at least 3 months from now). At the time of renovation, they need to offer a replacement apartment to move to during the time they renovate. I am not sure I will move to that flat temporarily since I am considering starting to work more remotely from my country house. So if that new apartment would be of interest maybe we could make a deal about that one at the time of renovation and moving out.
