Hey, I wish to rent one room in house, in Lanna (Skogas) to a man. Nice and quiet neighborhood, only 5 min by bus to Skogas Centrum from where train can take you anywhere you need The rent includes electricity, WiFi, heating, parking space for one car, registration on address Room is furnished with bed, sofa, coffee table, closet (cabinet) We share bathroom and kitchen. Also washing and drying machine is available Rent is 5000kr, plus one month deposit. I would like to rent out for longer period, with notice period of one month for both side No smokers, and no pets I am a 41 years old, who works five days a week, and on weekends like to relax.
