I want to rent my apartment in second hand during the first four months (in cooperation with the landlord) because Im going to a training in Gothenburg. After these four months, I will be sure if I will return or I will stay in Gothenburg which means that the apartment will be yours. The apartment consists of 1 room which includes a sleeping space separated with curtain, a kitchen and toilet and patio (uteplats) and it already has fiber internet subscription.
