The best location, quiet neighborhood, near Campus, and town center, in a private so called multi-family house. This room on the base floor, is suitable for the independent budget-minded person. There is a shower and WC on the same floor. On the second floor there is a recently renovated kitchen, with a dining table, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, induction stove, oven and basic equipment in terms of plates, cutlery, pans etc. This is shared with two other tenants. The room is rented out with full furnishing, including electricity, heating and fast fiber wifi (from October). Furnishing and equipment covers more than what is normally required to stay. Also access to laundry facilities and garden. Please note: The room is suitable for 1 person and not for rent as shared accommodation for several persons. Bed 0.90 m wide, large double closet with shelves and drawers, book shelf, desk and chair. On the same floor: shower and WC, laundry with a sink, kitchen on the 2nd floor. The only room on this floor, lock on the door. We speak English and Swedish
