Spacious two rooms with kitchen. That also has a storage room that can double as third room. Its on the top floor with generous light from big windows. Its sort of a loft, but is classified as a regular apartment. There is a long hallway, with plenty of space for clothes and some storage, and a large open main room, from which is connected to a small kitchen and a small bedroom. The kitchen fits a smaller dinner table, and the bedroom has space for a larger bed, but it is mostly designed for single person use. Connected to the hallway is a storage room, which could be used as a third room easily (though it doesnt have any windows). The building is in a nice family friendly neighbourhood, with only a 5-10 min walk to the local center, where you can find shops and various amenities (doctor, dentist, restaurants etc.). Jakobsberg is a 10 minutes bus ride away, from where you can catch the Pendeltåg (commuter train) to Stockholm City. The journey takes approx. 20 minutes (30 - 35 min in total). The heating for the apartment is driven by electric radiators, so any heating will be using electricity. As such the electricity bill will vary depending on how much heat you choose to have on in the winter time. There is also a small (varied) water fee each month on the apartment billing.
