A nice bright corner apartment with large windows facing three directions and towards the lake and green area, 25 minutes to the centre by commuter train. In our large four-rooms apartment of 120 sq.m with three toilets, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and with two current tenants (a new civil engineer and a student) there is a room for rent. There will be only three of you at the apartment as we ourselves live in southern Sweden. The room is 15 sq.m with a splendid view over the green area and a lake with a small beach, which is just below the house. Shopping center is on the other side of the road. Rented to one person for one year, possibly longer.
