(English text available at the bottom) Fr-o-m 16:e juli i år hyr vi ut vår nybyggda 3-rumslägenhet vid Vega station i Haninge. Lägenheten ligger 2 minuters promenad från pendeltågsstation Vega som tar dig till centralen på 25 minuter. Lägenheten är 73 kvadratmeter stor och har gott om förvaringutrymmen (2 förråd) samt tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Fastigheten har en fantastisk gemensam takterass men lägenheten har även egen balkong, och parkering finns för hyrning (dock är jag osäker på dess tillgänglighet). Rökning och djur är ej tillåtna i lägenheten. Lägenheten hyrs ut omöblerad och hyran är på 15000kr per månad. I hyran ingår bredband, el, värme, vatten, och försäkring för lägenheten. Lägenheten hyrs ut omöblerad och tillsvidare, med ettårskontrakt (förnyas årligen). Pga att lägenheten inte är färdigställd än så är visning först möjlig 16:e juli (och även tillträde) Uppsägningstid 3 månader. Om området: Vega är ett nybyggt område. Fantastiska lägenheter, nära till natur, och i området håller gym, förskolor, vårdcentral, restauranger m.m. att byggas. 2 månaders deposition tas ut vid första hyran som betalas tillbaka vid uppsägning om inga skador hittas. The apartment is located with 2 minutes walking distance from the train (pendeltåg) that takes you to Stockholm city in 25 minutes. The apartment has 3 rooms and is 73 square meters big (785 square foot). The apartment has lots of storage areas, a balcony, laundry machine, and a tumble dryer. The estate has a roof terrace thats amazing thats free for all tenants to use. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is rented out unfurnished 1 year at a time with a yearly renewal of the contract. Rent is 15000SEK per month. Electricity, heating, water, insurance for the apartment, and broadband is included in the rent. 2 months rent is taken in escrow at the beginning of the contract thats returned upon contract termination as long as there is no damage to the apartment. Because the apartment is still in construction a showing is possible at the earliest on July 16th, as is access to the apartment. Notice period is 3 months. About the area: Vega is a newly built area. The apartments are great, daycare/pre-schools are being built there, as is eventually a gym, restaurants, and a health center.
