Du kommer dela lägenheten med en nätverksingenjör och en mikrobiologi-student . Kille och tjej. Båda är väldigt trevliga, sociala och väldigt lätta att umgås med. Rummet är ca 12 kvm, med en säng som är 140cm bred. Det finns fyra garderober och rummet och det går fint att bo två stycken där. Om ett par hyr rummet är hyran 6500 kr. pga ökade omkostnader. They are both easy going and hard not to like. The room is about 12 square meters. Includes a 140x200 cm bed 4 closets and other furniture to choose from. The rent is 5000 for one person, or 6500 for two persons. The rent includes cleaning of the common areas, electricity, water, heat, TV, wifi. The apartment is in South Sthlm. The environment is peaceful. A shopping mall, restaurants cafe, a forrest with running tracks, a fresh water lake and a sports field is around the corner. The train station is within 8 min walking distance. 25 min by commuter train to central Sthlm and the train leaves every 15 min. The kitchen has all necessary kitchen were. A modern stove, oven, dish washer, coffee machine, micro wave oven, blender and more. You have proper personal space in the fridge and in the freezer. 1 personal cabinet and 2 personal drawers. We provide with cloths, toilet paper, kitchen wipes and washing soap. The laundry room, with access 10 hours a day, has a dryer, a washing machine and racks to hang clothes for drying. You can also dry your clothes on a rack in the garden. Washing powder included. The 1st bathroom has a wc, washing basin, a mirror cabinet and a bigger cabinet with a personal shelf per room. Good ventilation. The 2nd bathroom has a shower with 2 shelves per room, a towel dryer and good ventilation. The living-room has the ordinary two couches, a table and a tv. The kitchen is connected to the living-room where the front door leads from here directly into the garden. There is a dog and a cat in the house. They are not allowed inside the student apartment, but they might sneak in, so you shouldnt be super allergic.
