I am going away for a while and i can offer a room for rent for a short term in november. its available from nov 2 to either nov 23 or nov 30 (theres a possibility to stay longer but theres some points, so well have to discuss that). the flat is located in Rosendal(Studiegången street). 2 rooms, kitchen, 39 square meters, balcony, shower/toilet, laundry room downstairs. furniture, electricity, water, internet, included in the rent. a very lovely flatmate in another room :) 1 min walk to the bus stop and willys. 10 min walk to tram no 1. 15 min on the bus to the central station. night transport operates. oraliet at gmail.com :) ieva
