The house i located in a residential area in Gothenburgs archipelago. It takes about 59 min to get from the island to center of Gothenburg, Centrum. There is about 380 people living on the island all year around, and most of them work on the mainland. On the island, there are a kindergarten, a post office, restaurant and a store. The island is known for its fantastic beaches and cliffs. Every summer it comes about 5000 tourists per day to bath and walk around the island. If you like to work out there is an 8 km long and beautiful dirt track for running or walking. There is a tennis court, volleyball field, a sauna and a hot tub, a football field, a small gym and a small sports hall for indoor band or badminton. There are no cars or industries so both the ocean and the air i clean and fresh. The main feeling on the island is very calm and peaceful. There are three rooms in the first floor that I rent out to international students. Two of them are occupied until 15th of January and 10th of June (2017), both are from Germany. I am living on the second floor. I am 48 years old women and working very much. I have one old peaceful cat. I am a simple and calm human who are interested to get learn some new people. You, that get interested to rent the room, is a non-smoking guy or girl. You should find it fun to get to know new people and you always clean up after yourself.
