Beläget på lugn gata nära Slottskogen, Änggårdsbergen och Sahlgrenska sjukhuset. Två rum i källaren har egen ingång/pentry/dusch och kan hyras ut separat. Villa for long term rental available immediately due to owners overseas posting. The house is in Änggården which is one of Gothenburgs prettiest and most exclusive city centre neighbourhoods. It has seven rooms on four floors with a fenced-in front garden and a deck in the smaller back garden. It has two bedrooms with a separate entrance, kitchen and shower/toilet in the basement. These can easily be rented to students. The house has a lot of the original 1920s style with hardwood floors, fireplace, etc. We are looking for a couples or small family to rent to, NO STUDENTS, groups of friends etc. Please tell us a bit about yourself, your family, and how long you plan to rent for.
