I am renting out 1 bedroom in Vasa Viktoriagatan. The room has a double bed, a side table, and a couple closets to put your clothes in. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine, and large kitchen area that we will share. The water, heating, electricity, and wifi are all included in the rent. The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it easy if you want to move in your own furniture, and we also have a storage cage in the basement in case you need additionen space to store things. At the moment, I am living here with 1 other tenant, so you will have company. I am looking for a friendly, outgoing person, preferably a universitet student. The apartment is only 5 minutes from Brunsparken by tram and 2 minutes or so from Avenyn. If you have any questions feel free to email me and ask.
