Hej, I am moving out of my room and it will be available in December 2014. The room is in a nice big apartment, fully furnished and equipped. Kitchen and Bathroom will be shared with 2 other persons. Laundry possibility. The apartment is located close to Chalmers and the Avenue. The rent is 5000 SEK 100 SEK for electricity and extra costs for internet if needed. Room will be rented to working person or PhD student with stable income. More details and rent-conditions will be given from the landlady who is also living in the apartment.
