I am renting out a small bedroom ca: 10m2 in my 106m2 4 room apartment. I am myself a 50-year old male Archaeologist that speak Swedish, English, German and some French. I have been renting out this room now for the last 4 years and it has worked very well. I have had students from France, Germany, Belgium, Holland and now Austria. Now I am looking for a student for the spring term. The room has a bed, bedtable and wardrobe. Including is a private WC that only the student will use. I want a clean nonsmoking student to rent the room. The apartment is very close to Chalmers so a student at Chalmers would be the best. I always pick up and deliver the student at the Airport upon arrival and departure and I always guide the student in Göteborg to show the most important places such as the University, foodstore, shops, etc.
