We have a bedroom for rent in our apartment. The room is approximately 10 m2 and is furnished with a bed (120 cm), TV, desk and chair and a drawer for storage. We provide bed linen and towels and wifi is included in the rent. We have a washing machine and tumble-drier in the apartment. We live within 5 minutes walking distance from the tram/bus station Svingeln with trams No. 1, 3, 6 and 8 and a lot of different busses. The area also has a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood and several grocery stores nearby. It is a 20 minute walk to the central station. We are a full-time working couple living in the apartment. The room will be your private area and we share the kitchen and bathroom. The room will be available in September 2018
