Hi My name is Lobo. I will rent a room in my apartment starting as soon as possible. The apartments is 15 minutes from the city center with bus or tram. It is located in a very quiet and safe area, near Volvo Lundby and close to green areas (Keillers park) and a mountain (Ramberget). It is well connected to supermarkets, stores, restaurants, and bus/tram stops. The apartment suitable for a person that works full time and wants to relax and have quiet evenings/nights after long days of activities. The room has all the necessary to make your stay comfortable (double bed, simple table and chair, single soffa, spacious wardrobes, and bookshelves). If you are interested to rent, my main requirements are the following: -You have a full time occupation. -100 Smoke-free. -Do not drink alcohol excessively, or preferably non-drinker. -No visitors are allowed. This is a rule I also follow, and when I want to see someone, I do it out. -Likes a quiet environment and wants to be home to relax. The first rent is payed with a deposit, and before any transfer, we write an official renting contract with two copies, one for each of us (contact me for further details). A little about myself: I am an active person. I Work around 60 hours a week, and with different jobs that I enjoy. I have a background in literature and music, but in the present, I work in the restaurant business, and as a coach, among other things. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Swedish. In my spare time, I like training at the gym, meeting friends for coffee, reading and sleeping. Regards, Lobo
