We are looking for some one to rent our newbuilt (2015) villa from 1st of September. It is located in a quiet and idyllic area of south western Gothenburg, just a few minutes from the local marina and sandy beaches. There are also grosery stores and kinder gardens near by. The villa will be rented out almost unfurnished (we will leave two sofas and a double bed on the third floor) We are looking for a company to rent, and the tenant should be a non smoking person/family with no animals who will take good care of our house and garden. Rental period: minimum 6 months
