I rent out a room only to a well-behaved girl / woman (NOT GUYS), animal and smoke free and has constant economy. The apartment is 65 sq.m., has two rooms, and located on Majorna / Linne. (On Svalebogatan). I rent out the largest room in the apartment (living room) which is a partly furnished (There is a sofa that can easily be converted into a double bed). And you will have your own wardrobe room. The apartment is newly renovated. Laundry is in the house on the ground floor. I live with my boyfriend and we often live with our families, I mean by this that you usually will live alone in the apartment. In about 11 minutes you can take the tram to the inner city, 8 min to Frölunda Torg. Beautiful nature around the house, quiet area. It takes about 5 minutes walk to Axel Dahlström Square (where trams 1,2,8,7) there are also are ICA, pizzeria, coffee, sushi, hairdressers, pharmacy, gym, ATM and more. Approximately 10 minutes will take to Marklandsgatan (except tram 1,2,7, 8 is also tram 3, and lots of buses). There is also a stop to the named Bokekullsgatan it takes about 4 minutes walk, which runs the tram 3 in two directions that can take you either to the town via Majorna or Marklandsgatan. We will write an inherent contract ( inneboende avtal) and you have to pay a deposit which is refunded when you move out. The months rent is 4400kr and the deposit is 4400kr electic.
