Hi There Renting out a 3 room, partly furnished apartment situated next to the water in the beautiful area of Eriksberg Gothenburg. 2 bedrooms, just one showed in the picture. Its available from the 1 of December and Im renting it out for one year. The price of 15 000 skr/month includes everything like high speed internet, heat and electricity. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, tv, wifi. Want to make it clear that the usuall rent that i pay is lower. There will be a deposition of 15 000 sek.
