The apartment is fresh and neat, it is situated in the middle of many interesting things/leisure parks. Good connection of transport from there to the town (straight bus to town), more quiet area for students. Closer to restaurants, supermarkets and bus stop (2-3 mins to any of these). Neatness and orderliness is highly required, no smoking or pets interest in the apartment. The room will be good for 2 persons if agreed.There is a big kitchen for cooking without stresses. communicated other rule later.
