The apartment has a big kitchen fridge and freezer, stove, dishwasher, cupboards, cooking utensils, etc. Waste recycling. One bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. One extra toilet dedicated to the tenant. At the outside space you will find a lush garden, benches and a bicycle shed. The current residents are an elderly lady and her younger son. The household is quiet, and the rhythm is slow and easy - late nights and late mornings are the norms - nobody will complain if you are up late. No odd house rules. First and foremost its down to to communicate and discuss expectations and to arrive at mutual agreements on household duties, shared spaces, etc. and to recycle and tidy up after oneself. Also internet, water, heating, electricity, washing liquids/ toilet paper etc. are of course included in the rent, as well as home insurance.
