In addition, the housemate has an access right to the living room, balcony, attic, bicycle room, kitchen utensils, TV, gym facilities in the living room, In the case of commuting with public transport, the area is very close to Volvo Group/Volvo Cars and Lindholmen and both Trams and bus stops are 7 minutes walking from the apartment. In case of need, parking place can be ordered upon request. Conditions: I am looking for preferably a single applicant between 19-43 years old who is employed or studying, having a Swedish personnummer, the applicant should know and understand either English or Swedish and I prefer long term contracts. In addition, I am inclined toward applicants who are social, positive, communicative and well educated. The applicant should be a non-smoker. Please note the host may ask for a reference(s).
