Hej, Jag heter Anders och är konstnär och möbelformgivare. Jag bor i en 100 m stor lägenhet i en äldre fastighet nära Valand i centrala Göteborg. Jag hyr ut ett möblerat rum på 15 m. Du kommer att ha tillgång till kök, toalett/dusch, vardagsrum och matsal. En välfungerande tvättstuga finns i källaren, och internet med 500 Mbit/s ingår i hyran. Det är nästan alltid mycket tyst i huset, vilket kan vara bra om du är student. För tillfället har jag två studenter som hyr var sitt rum, Ilse som kommer från Holland och studerar arkitektur och Merlind som kommer från Tyskland och studerar global hälsa på Göteborgs universitet.
