Hi, My name is Ricardo from Mexico and I live with my sambo Christina from Sweden. We have a pretty big apartment 96m2 (2 levels), in the upper level we have our own bathroom and bathtub, a big fully equipped kitchen and our bedroom. In the other level we have a big living room with TV, a storage room, the bedroom that we want to rent out and another bathroom with shower. We would like to rent out the small bedroom room with your own bathroom and shower. You will have access to the living room with TV and access to the kitchen. The price is 3700 sek. The price includes electricity, heating, internet, and water. You can also do laundry inside the apartment as we have a laundry machine and a dryer. We have an ICA supermarket just 5 min walking, two gyms 7 min walking, two bus stops 5 min walking and frölunda shopping center just 10 min walking. The bus stop where we live is smyckegatan and you can take bus 50 to the center in just 16 minutes. you can take bus 99 if you go to chalmers or you can go to frölunda and take tram 7 to göteborg university in just 16 min.
