Room 2 (5000kr) Available June 01,2024 We are looking for preferably a long-term tenant (at least 6 months), a student or a worker, who knew what it is like to live with other people. (for male/female age between 20-32 years old ONLY. Other occupants are of the same age range) Address: Skogsrydsgatan 426 74 Västra Frölunda. It is a house with a nice neighborhood accessible to many facilities and services. From our house: 1 min walk to enjoy the view overlooking Gothenburg port just beside the small forest 3min walk to enjoy a small pond during summer where ducks are usually fed by local families 10 min walk to tram station for tram 11 to Järntorget which takes 20 min or the bus option which is either 2min walk (end of the street bus stop) or the 5min walk (going through the small forest) to Järntorget/Frölunda torg. 10min walk to the coastal area with small beaches 15min bike ride to the archipelago or just take tram 11 to the end stop, Saltholmen. A bright furnished room overlooking the front garden and the neighbors garden. Fully furnished room wardrobe drawer single bed (90x200) desk, lamp and chair mirror (pictures show old tenants own office chair and sofabed.) Electricity, heating and water are included. Wifi is available (fiber with 10G) You will share the common space with four other tenants (currently three MA students studying in GU, and two young professionals). The house is divided into two apartments, so as landlords we share only the staircase and the washing room with the tenants. The tenants have weekly cleaning schedule and some rules they manage themselves for smooth shared-living experience. This is a FIRST-HAND contract which means that we own the house being rented out. In this house, cleanliness is a MUST You must be: - consistent with weekly cleaning of shared areas - respectful, responsible, pay on time - social but not a hardcore party person -very importantly, follow house rules One months rent and a security deposit upon signing of the contract. Keys are given once the current occupant leaves. We have an outdoor cat. Hope you are not allergic. Pictures/video of the accommodation will be sent in Whatsapp messages.
