The house is situated in a lovely area close to the city centre of Gotheburg, Hagen. With 250 meters to the sea and a small harbour and within biking distance or a short travel with the tram (app. 15 min) to the city centre this house has an ideallic location. The area is calm and green and the community consists of 26 houses built in the 1960s in a unique setting and architectual design. The houses are settled around large green areas and every house has its one secluded garden. Within walking distance from the house youll find many schools (of wich one is the English school), kindergardens, natural areas and harbours. The house has two gardens the secluded garden in the front with a terrace and the one in the back with the open views. In fron of the house youll find a guesthouse and a storage (23 sqm). The house itself is divided in two floors where the design gives the house an open and spacious feeling. On the lower floor youll find the kitchen, the laundry room, toilet, living room and two bedrooms/work rooms. On the second floor youll find the bathrom and 3 bedrooms.
